All paid plans are billed through Stripe. Checkout happens on a secure Stripe-hosted page, and you can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via the Stripe customer portal at /portal. We never see or store your card details.
No. Head to /signup and your API key is issued instantly — 100 routing decisions a day, no credit card, no expiry. It's enough to evaluate the routing engine and the Managed Jobs API, not to run production traffic.
Subscribe to Starter, Pro, or Enterprise via Stripe checkout using the same email you signed up with. Once your subscription is active, keys issued under that email carry the paid tier's daily limit. Upgrades between paid tiers work the same way.
Every tier is hard-capped at its daily limit — requests past it return a clear 429 until the next day, with no surprise charges. Upgrade to a higher tier (or Enterprise) for a larger daily allowance.
Enterprise covers 1,000,000 routing decisions a day, a direct founder line (replies within 1 business day), and access to custom statements of work — integration services, custom routing policies, and operator onboarding. Satellite operators don't need Enterprise to be listed: the federation directory is free. Email hello@orbitroute.ai to scope it.
